We had been looking for a 2 family house or a single family to convert to a 2-family in Northampton for about a year and our old agent wasn't as responsive or knowledgable as we needed so we switched to the Hammel team. We live about 1.5 hours away from Northampton and Amy was very accommodating to our schedule and booking appointments. You had to book them quickly and get in to see the properties or they would sell before we got there. We were very specific about what we wanted and the area of town, which added to the challenge, but Amy was very flexible and understanding. After looking at a lot of different properties we ultimately found the one that was perfect for us.

We spoke on and off with Nancy and Amy for more than two years until we finally decided to list our house. Throughout the entire process they were unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. When the time finally came, they sold our house over a single weekend, and the closing went without a hitch. Working with Nancy and Amy was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we truly can't thank them enough.
